The Patriots placed Tyquan Thornton on IR Thursday. He will miss a minimum of four games. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Thornton underwent surgery on his fractured clavicle recently, so this move was not a surprise. His recovery time is 6-8 weeks, so Week 4 is a possibility depending on his healing and rehab. He will most likely be the field stretcher in the Patriots offense when he returns.
