Josh Rosen completed just seven of his 20 pass attempts for 88 yards in a 21-20 preseason loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Rosen did not perform well upon taking over for Joshua Dobbs in the loss. The veteran signal-caller could stick around as the No. 3 quarterback in Cleveland while Deshaun Watson is suspended but he isn't of interest in fantasy.
