Brian Cushing having 'hell of an offseason'

The oft-injured linebacker has apparently changed his training regimen and is earning praise from his coach Bill O' Brien. Last season was the first time in three seasons Cushing has played double digit games for the Houston Texans. (Brian T. Smith on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Another bullet in the chamber for a Houston Texans defense that appears poised to be the top defense in fantasy football. Cushing has limited value in IDP leagues due to his lack of tackles, but his presence in the middle bolsters the Texans' team defense immensely. Despite opposition for drafting defenses early, the Texans D is well worth the "reach".
