Jadeveon Clowney to earn playing time

The Houston Texans will not rush Jadeveon Clowney back to action this fall and he will have to earn playing time in Romeo Crennel's defense. The expectation is that the 2014 number one overall pick will be ready for Week One. (Brian T. Smith on Twitter)

Jadeveon Clowney has seemingly been a forgotten man in Houston. Currently being drafted as a LB3 in IDP leagues, he offers a high ceiling at a discounted price. Despite J.J. Watt accounting for 54% of the Houston Texans' sacks last season, the Texans desperately need another pass rusher. The question is whether Clowney can stay healthy enough to be it.
