Rams waive rookie Bud Sasser due to pre-existing heart condition

Rookie 6th rounder Bud Sasser was placed on the non-football-injury-list and waived. Testing done on Sasser after the draft by the Rams revealed a pre-existing heart condition. (Fox Sports)
Fantasy Impact:
Sasser's career isn't necessarily over, as his agent stated that a second opinion at the renowned Mayo Clinic stated that Sasser was "fine". Due to the fact that he was not invited to the combine, the condition was not picked up pre-draft. Sasser's NFL future is in doubt, and he has no present or future fantasy value at this point. We wish him well, as he's dealing with things more important than football right now.
