After two years in Atlanta, 27 year-old Fowler Jr. signs for the Dallas Cowboys, promising to be the direct replacement for Randy Gregory who joined the Cleveland Browns this week. After two seasons in Atlanta, Los Angeles and Jacksonville respectively, Fowler still has fantasy value in a team that is poised to challenge for a play-off spot again in the 2022 season.
