Antonio Brown claiming Buccaneers offered to pay him to seek treatment
by Blaine Blontz | Tue, Jan 25th 6:51pm EST
In a recent interview with HBO Sports, Antonio Brown said the Buccaneers offered him $200,000 in order to encourage him to seek mental health treatment. (Tampa Bay Times)
Fantasy Impact:
During the interview, Brown insinuated that a defamation lawsuit could be coming against the Buccaneers. Brown was cut from the team after leaving the field during the regular season game against the Jets. Brown has remained in the news since, recently celebrating after the Buccaneers' defeat against the Rams this weekend. It's hard to imagine Brown returning to the field in the near future, but of course we've said that in the past.
