Chiefs running back Darrel Williams (toe) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bills. He had been listed as questionable. (Matt McMullen on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Williams' status was certainly up in the air heading into this weekend, and the Chiefs will indeed hold him out of the contest as they give him more time to heal. Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder) is making his return this week and will serve as Kansas City's lead back. Derrick Gore and Jerick McKinnon should get involved out of the backfield, too.
