Fantasy Impact:

With Miles Sanders already out for Week 17, should Jordan Howard not be available then Boston Scott would see a significant bump in opportunity. Kenneth Gainwell would likely see some passing down work as well, but Scott would be a bankable RB2 in Week 17 should all these chips fall into place.
