Bucs coach Bruce Arians has officially ruled out Mike Evans from the Week 16 contest against the Panthers. (Adam Schefter via twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Godwin is out for the season and Evans is out for the game. This should leave the door open for Rob Gronkowski and Antonio Brown to have big games.
