Fantasy Impact:
Goff was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list earlier this week and it sounds like he simply won't clear COVID-19 protocols in time. Tim Boyle or David Blough will get the start for Detroit against the Falcons, and the entire Lions offense should be downgraded, regardless of which one is under center.
