Marcel Louis-Jacques with ESPN is reporting that Will Fuller V (finger) is getting better but is not ready to return yet. The team will reevaluate his status on Wednesday. ( Marcel Louis-Jacques on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Fuller missed the first couple of weeks this season due to a suspension, suited up in Week 3, was injured in Week 4, and has yet to log a practice since. Expected to be the Dolphins' WR1 this year, Fuller's health has been his most significant deterrent. The Dolphins are hot right now, winning four straight after a seven-game losing streak. While Fuller's return would boost the offense, rookie Jaylen Waddle has solidified himself as the team's lead receiver. It would be tough to imagine a scenario where Fuller can return and supplant himself as the team's No. 1 receiving weapon. If Fuller can return, be it this week or any other, he likely isn't much more than a boom or bust WR3.
