Odell Beckham Jr. reaches settlement with Browns, will be put on waivers

Fantasy Impact:
Beckham will be put on waivers on Monday. If a team claims him they would be on the hook for $7.25 million, which makes that scenario unlikely. If he passes through waivers unclaimed a settlement will kick in, which means the Browns will only be on the hook for $4.25 million, and OBJ would be free to sign with any team. It's a confusing situation, but the bottom line is that Beckham can be left on waivers in 12-team redraft leagues until we know where (if) he'll wind up signing.
