Targeted four times in Week 7, Dolphins wide receiver Preston Williams caught just one pass for five yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams (groin) caught three passes for 60 yards in Week 5 but then was inactive for last Sunday's loss to the Jaguars in London. Even with Will Fuller and DeVante Parker sidelined, it's hard to trust Williams.
