It's likely due to the scary looking head injury Mahomes suffered late in the fourth quarter, but the team was also trailing by 24 at the time. The Chiefs were struggling badly before Mahomes went down, and the former MVP totaled just 206 passing yards and an interception on the afternoon. He added 35 rushing yards, but it was a disastrous fantasy performance. The team will likely update his status later on Sunday.
