It's notable since Chris Carson (neck) is on IR and Alex Collins is battling hip and glute injuries after Sunday night's loss to the Steelers. Penny is worth adding in 12-team leagues since he could be a plug-and-play RB2 if Collins can't go against the Saints in Week 7.
