Fantasy Impact:

Cook will likely be listed as a "limited" participant. He missed Sunday's Week 3 game against the Browns but appears to be on track to return in Week 4. Alexander Mattison remains one of the top handcuffs in fantasy football, as evidenced by his Week 3 performance sans Cook.
