Dunbar was signed by the Lions earlier in 2021, during free agency, but his time in Detroit will end after only a few short months. The veteran was set to be the #2 CB behind Jeff Okudah, but after missing the majority of training camp due to personal reasons was released by the Lions. Dunbar, 29-years old, spent 2020 with Seattle where he played in six games and had 30 tackles and one interception.
