Exclusive rights free agent Rashaan Melvin signed a tender offer on Tuesday, according to an article by Garrett Downing of Baltimoreravens.com. Melvin was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after going undrafted in 2013. (Baltimore Ravens )
Fantasy Impact:
Melvin was on the practice squad for most of 2014 when he was added to the active roster due to the many player injuries on the team. In three games, he recorded 17 tackles and one forced fumble last season (NFL).
