The Bears are releasing cornerback Kyle Fuller as a cap casualty, according to Ian Rapoport. ( Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

The Bears are $7.590 million over the cap, according to Over The Cap, and releasing Fuller saves the team $11 million, with a $9 million dead money charge. Fuller was Pro Football Focus' 52nd-ranked cornerback last season. He joins fellow corners Adoree' Jackson and Malcolm Butler as late additions to the cornerback free agency market.
