Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, OL Kyle Long after announcing his unretirement is signing a one-year deal, worth up to $5M with the Kansas City Chiefs. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After the cuts of Eric Fisher and Mitchell Schwartz the offensive line for the Chiefs was a major area of concern. Fast forward, the Chiefs have added Joe Thuney and now the recently unretired, former Pro Bowler Kyle Long. The deal for Long is a one-year contract worth up to $5M. Long had previously retired after the 2019 season with the Bears due to battling with injuries. Per Long he is apparently in great shape currently, which if true should help stabilize the Chiefs offensive line.
