Dan Bailey: Vikings release veteran kicker after three seasons

Minnesota Vikings K Dan Bailey has been released by the organization after three seasons, as reported by ESPN's Dianna Russini. (Dianna Russini on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bailey struggled during a few clutch moments for the Vikings in 2020, finishing the season 15-of-22 with his longest conversion coming from 53 yards. Unfortunately, the veteran kicker only managed to go 6-of-12 from 40+ yards, contributing to the ongoing kicking woes that Minnesota has endured for years. Bailey will likely end up competing for a starting job as he hits free agency, although he will need to improve his accuracy to return value for fantasy managers in 2021.
