Robert Griffin III (thigh) headed to short-term IR

The Ravens have placed QB Robert Griffin III on short-term IR with a thigh injury suffered in Wednesday's matchup with the Steelers. (Jamison Hensley on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Griffin will miss the next three weeks and is eligible to return Week 16 against the Giants. Trace McSorley will step in as Lamar Jackson's primary backup. HC John Harbaugh has been mum about Jackson's availability for Tuesday's matchup with the Cowboys, so McSorley may have value in two QB and Super-FELX leagues for Week 13.
