Everson Griffen traded to Lions

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that the Cowboys have traded DL Everson Griffen to the Lions in exchange for draft pick compensation. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
No word yet on what round pick the Cowboys are receiving in return. Griffen was made available for trade following Dallas' latest lost in Week 7, which dropped them to 2-5 on the year. Meanwhile, Detroit has won two in a row and now adds a veteran pass-rusher to its defensive line.
