Fantasy Impact:
Parks signed a one-year deal with the Eagles this offseason and was slated to replace Malcolm Jenkins at safety while moving around to other positions in the secondary as needed. Parks missed the first five games with a hamstring injury and looks poised to give a boost to an Eagles defense that has struggled this season. He makes his return against the Ravens on Sunday.
