Chargers' HC Anthony Lynn said "it's still a priority to get RB Austin Ekeler touches moving forward." (Daniel Popper on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Ekeler was limited to one target in Week 1. Lynn said "the new scheme, primarily the increased QB and pocket movement, will limit check downs to RBs, including Austin Ekeler. It's still a priority to get RB Austin Ekeler touches moving forward." The 25-year-old logged 19 carries for 84 yards and hauled in one reception on one target for three yards in Sunday's Week 1 win over the Bengals. Ekeler is dealing with a new offensive scheme and the Chargers will find ways of getting their star pass-catching back the ball. He is still an RB1 heading in Sunday's Week 2 matchup against the Chiefs.
