Andre Dillard (biceps) set to miss entire 2020 NFL season

Philadelphia Eagles starting LT Andre Dillard suffered a biceps injury in practice on Thursday, and tests revealed that he tore his biceps and will require surgery. He is out for the remainder fo the season. (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Eagles have already lost starting G Brandon Brooks for the season, so this is a massive blow for the Eagles, in particular, Carson Wentz and Miles Sanders. With Dillard out, the Eagles will turn back to their longtime LT Jason Peters to protect Carson Wentz's blindside. Those wanting to draft Sanders and Wentz may need to consider the implications of losing two starting offensive lineman before selecting them on draft night.
