Giants second-round S Xavier McKinney suffered a broken foot and will undergo surgery on Wednesday afternoon to have it repaired. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a big blow to the Giants secondary as they invested a second-round pick on McKinney in April's draft. The Alabama product will now be looking at a 2-3 month timetable for recovery and could potentially miss a significant portion of his rookie season. Next in line for the Giants is Julian Love, a 2019 fourth-round selection.
