Lamar Jackson envisions himself running less in 2020

Lamar Jackson, who led quarterbacks in rushing yards and attempts last season, said he doubts that he is "going to be carrying the ball a lot going on in the future." (Pro Football Talk)
Fantasy Impact:
Since being drafted with the 32nd overall pick in 2018, Jackson has consistently said that he sees himself as a pure quarterback with a strong arm. While he showed that arm off a lot last year, his unanimous MVP selection was mostly due to him setting the all-time quarterback rushing record with 1,206 yards. Jackson finished sixth overall in rushing last season to go along with his 3,127 passing yards and 36 passing touchdowns. While those passing numbers alone would have made him a solid fantasy quarterback, his rushing ability is why he's being touted as a first-round pick in this year's drafts. If the Ravens do plan to pull back his rushing attempts a bit it would definitely hurt his value. That being said, his upside still makes him our experts' number one overall quarterback.
