Robert Foster re-signs with Bills

Fantasy Impact:
Foster burst onto the fantasy scene in 2018, but he was very quiet last season following the additions of John Brown and Cole Beasley. There doesn't seem to be a clear path for playing time for Foster this year. While he's an interesting name to keep in mind if he eventually moves to a new team and increased opportunity, he's not someone that figures to be fantasy relevant in 2020.
