Miles Sanders avoids injury designation heading into the weekend

Eagles running back Miles Sanders (ankle) was a full participant in practice on Friday and avoided an injury designation ahead of the team's Wild Card Round matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. (PhiladelphiaEagles.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Sanders left last week's game against the New York Giants with an ankle injury in the second quarter and was unable to return, leaving Boston Scott to carry the load despite Jordan Howard being active. Howard played just one snap last week, and it's unclear if he will have a more substantial role this week. The expectation here is that Sanders will step back into his recent role as the lead back, with Scott once again rotating in.
