Fantasy Impact:
Hicks has been out since Week 5. He vastly improve a Bears run defense that has been gashed on the ground in recent weeks. It's unclear if Hicks will be on a snap count, but he is all systems go for Week 15. Fantasy owners in IDP leagues can safely insert him into their lineups.
