Olivier Vernon (knee) ruled out for Week 14

Cleveland Browns defensive end Olivier Vernon has been ruled out for Week 14's contest against the Cincinnati Bengals. (Mary Kay Kabot on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Olivier Vernon is back on the sidelines with his knee injury. Vernon being absent is a big upgrade for the Joe Mixon and the Bengals rushing attack. Missing both of their starting book end rushers should also decrease the Browns pressure rate on Andy Dalton, who also gets a small upgrade with Vernon ruled out.
