Fantasy Impact:
The Falcons claimed Etling off waivers during training camp, but he did not make the final cut. He landed on the practice squad. His promotion is a sign that Matt Ryan will not start Sunday’s Week 8 contest against the Seahawks. If Ryan is unable to go, Etling would backup veteran Matt Schaub Week 8.
