O.J. Howard not targeted in Week 2

Buccaneers TE O.J. Howard was not targeted in Thursday night's Week 2 win over the Panthers.
Fantasy Impact:
While Howard was not targeted, Cameron Brate was targeted twice. In two games, Howard is off to a horrific start for a player many believed was poised for a breakout. Perhaps not in Bruce Arians' system. Howard will get a phenomenal matchup with the Giants in Week 3, a team that struggles to contain the tight end mightily. If he doesn't cash in then, then it is time to panic.
