Kenneth Dixon heads to injured reserve

The Baltimore Ravens placed running back Kenneth Dixon on season-ending injured reserve on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
The Ravens were hoping to trade Dixon but had no takers. He has dealt with injuries over the years and will not be able to play in 2019.
