Former Buccaneers and Raiders tackle Donald Penn has signed a one-year deal with the Washington Redskins. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The signing comes as a result of Trent Williams' holdout and shores up the offensive line, at least temporarily. Penn, a three-time Pro-Bowler, has played for Tampa Bay and Oakland in his 12-year career, and should provide some needed protection for whichever QB is under center for Washington this season.
