It’s a corresponding move to the team signing Tyrell Williams to a four-year deal earlier this week. It’s strange timing, however, as Nelson was already paid his roster bonus. The Raiders have been rather unconventional with their roster moves lately, and this one is no different. The 33-year-old Nelson should be able to find another home before long.
