Trumaine Johnson inactive after missing meetings

Josina Anderson of ESPN is reporting that Jets starting cornerback Trumaine Johnson is inactive for Sunday’s season finale after “he didn’t show up for some meetings, nor practice” earlier in the week. (Josina Anderson on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson missed Wednesday practice due to what head coach Todd Bowles deemed an “in-house matter.” Neither Bowles nor Johnson provided further details on the matter at the time. Johnson returned to practice Thursday and all indications were he would play in the game but it was ultimately decided he would sit. It’s a sour ending to his first year in New York after signing a five-year, $72.5 million deal in the offseason.
