Fantasy Impact:
McDougald, who was named as a Pro Bowl alternate on Tuesday, has been battling patella tendonitis in his knee for about two months and had the issue flare up in last Sunday’s loss to the 49ers. He returned to the team Friday after spending a few days in California receiving regenoikine blood-spinning injection treatment. Head coach Pete Carroll said he expects McDougald to play against the Chiefs.
