The Chief's players and coaches have been singing Jason Avant's praises lately and Smith has admitted he already as a degree of trust in Avant. (kcchiefs.com)

This is nothing but good news for Avant's snap count, but he still remains behind both Dwayne Bowe and Albert Wilson on the depth chart. This week is a favorable match up against the Steelers but regardless of what the coaches say, if Avant isn't starting for the Chiefs there's no way he's starting for your fantasy team.
