T.Y. Hilton (shoulder) is active and will start in Houston Week 14 as the Colts look to remain alive in the AFC South race. Hilton was listed as a game-time decision after a limited week of practice but was cleared in pre-game warmups. (Indianapolis Colts via Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Hilton has a history or tormenting Houston's secondary, especially at NRG Stadium. Andrew Luck was the last quarterback to light up the Texans' secondary and with Hilton's track record of success, Hilton has top-10 upside in Week 14.
