Fantasy Impact:
In the wake of his Saturday night arrest for domestic violence at the team hotel in Tampa Bay, the 49ers are cutting ties with the former first-round pick. Following two long injury-riddled and suspension-shortened seasons in the league, the troubled linebacker is headed down a similar path as Aldon Smith. Foster will go on waivers Monday morning.
