Golden Tate drawing interest from Patriots

Golden Tate is one of the wide receivers the Patriots have been tied to leading up to the trade deadline. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Yesterday there were reports that the Lions wanted at least a fourth rounder in exchange for Tate, indicating they were shopping him. While the Lions have been a pass-happy team for years, the volume has shrunk in Matt Patricia's first season with the team. Tate could certainly see more volume in New England, and it certainly wouldn't hurt to join future Hall of Famer Tom Brady.
