Adarius Taylor falters in place of Kwon Alexander (knee)
by Gary VanDyke | Mon, Oct 29th 6:02am EDT
Tampa Bay middle linebacker Adarius Taylor struggled to make plays in his first official start in place of Kwon Alexander (knee) in the loss to Cincinnati Sunday. In a contest that Cincinnati running back Joe Mixon carried the ball 21 times for 123 yards and two scores, Taylor only recorded three combined tackles as the main cog in the center of the defense.
Fantasy Impact:
IDP owners had to be disappointed with Taylor's one solo and two assisted tackles after scrambling to the waiver wires this past week. The end result was nowhere near what IDP owners had hoped for in a prime position such as the middle linebacker. This will now cloud the situation as what to expect as Tampa Bay heads into Carolina in Week Nine.
