Fantasy Impact:
Bradford was not expected to play in Week 4 as he lost his starting job to Josh Rosen but to be inactive is surprising. Mike Glennon moves into the #2 spot on the QB depth chart. Fantasy owners holding out to Bradford should be moving on.
