Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Mike Wallace suffered a potentially season-ending ankle injury in Sunday's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, reports NFL insider Adam Schefter on Twitter. Schefter adds that Wallace is "undergoing further testing today to determine specific ankle injury, but he is out indefinitely." (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Losing Wallace is not ideal for a team already without Alshon Jeffery and second-year wideout Mack Hollins. Wallace was supposed to be Philadelphia's deep threat this season and would have seen an uptick in value once Carson Wentz returned to the team, but it now sounds like he is going to be out for a while.
