Carter blocked a punt in the first quarter against the Bears, leading to a 21 yard punt.
Fantasy Impact:
Although Carter was useful in special teams, he was held off the score sheet for tackles. Carter is a volitile player and his lack of constant production makes him unreliable. As he was effective in special teams, look for him to make more of an impact at linebacker in the second half.
