Paxton Lynch released by Broncos

After surviving the initial wave of Broncos' roster cuts, Paxton Lynch has been released by Denver after the club signed Kevin Hogan to backup Case Keenum and Chad Kelly. (Tom Pelissero via Twitter )

Fantasy Impact:

Lynch earned limited playing time in two seasons and compiled a 76.7 QB rating while throwing four touchdowns and four interceptions. He might get another shot with another team's practice squad, but Lynch simply hasn't looked like an NFL signal-caller at any point since being selected with the 26th pick of the 2016 NFL Draft. Lynch is far closer to colossal draft bust than he is adequate NFL passer.
