New Orleans Saints free safety Marcus Williams and pro-bowl level defensive end Cameron Jordan were both ranked in profootballfocus.com top ten NFC South defensive players versus NFC South opponents. Williams rookie season was stellar during the regular season, earning him the number one spot overall with a 91.9 grade. While Cameron Jordan fell out of the top five with an 84.9 grade into the ninth spot. (profootballfocus.com)

Fantasy Impact:

For Cameron Jordan, it is splitting hairs on the veteran's performance in 2017. He also had a stellar season for his IDP owners overall and will likely be in the position to be a top IDP play again in 2018. As for Marcus Williams rookie season, that grade was well earned and if not for the rookie mistake in the playoffs versus Minnesota when he let Stephon Diggs get by him to win the game, he would likely have received more attention from the IDP fantasy football community this offseason as a trending play in 2018. He should be firmly on every IDP owners radar as an upper tier option at this point with the potential to breakout.
